The Man Behind

The roots of LinPlug date back to the beginning of computer music, back in 1985 when the first affordable computers started up. The first work of LinPlug founder, Peter Linsener, was a MIDI-Sequencer written in Z80 assembler for the Sinclair Spectrum computer with whopping 48 kb Memory. After several years of conceptual work and employment with computer music companies, finally in 1999, Peter built the first LinPlug Synth, the "GakStoar".

The Products

We reached our vision: a set of instruments with market leading sound, quality and user friendliness. Features that allow the musician and producer to take creativity to a new level.
Today there are several LinPlug products on the market.  An ultra modern software architecture allows LinPlug to take the instruments beyond their real world hardware counterparts and offer affordable custom-made instruments for commercial clients.

LinPlug�s policy is to open the corporate doors wide, so you may see clearly what our products offer and how they will benefit you. All our products are available as demos. They can be turned into full versions in less than 24 hours.

The Customers

The most important part of the whole story is you, the customer. Our customers come from all over the world. More than 800 musicians purchased  instruments from LinPlug. Each dot on the map represents a country or state where we have satisfied customers.
